Tadi...

Posted by PRASHANT (Mumbai, India) on 14 June 2012 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

It is a milky natural white drink derived from palm trees. TADI is obtained from palm trees found all over India. Tadi is drained from tender shoots of the tree, collected in earthen vessels atop tress. If drunk with lime compound it is known as NEERA. If taken raw it is said to be good for health. The fermented version of TADI is intoxicating.
